Most compact and manoeuvrable machine for glass handling

A vacuum lifter is one of the most frequently used positioning and lifting aids for the glazier. Usually these are mechanically driven lifting aids. With the Tiller® electric liftmobile for handling glass, windows, doors and walls, you have the most compact and manoeuvrable machine and you can easily lift, install and mount glass on your own. This compactness is extremely suitable for glass assembly for indoor or small spaces.





The Tiller®-liftmobile is fitted with 2 electric drives as standard, one for lifting and one for driving when you reach the right lifting height. The Tiller®-liftmobile for handling glass is fitted with 2 Powergrip manually operated professional pump jacks (electric pump jacks also possible). Tiller®-liftmobile lifts itself in and out of the van and is immediately ready for use.



The electric height displacement of the pistons of the Tiller®-liftmobile is maximum 110 cm. The final positioning height of the glass depends on the starting height of the glass on the frame and the location where the glass is sucked in.



In the lower position, the support wheels of all glass Tiller®-liftmobiles are on the ground and the glass and the Tiller®-liftmobile can be moved sideways a little, for instance, to place a glass pane behind a pole.



What type of Tiller®-liftmobile do I need for my glass handling?

LM120G

If you want to lift a lot of the same panes or glass of mostly the same size with a maximum of 120 kg, you can use the Tiller®-liftmobile LM120G. If necessary, you can also rotate the glass.



LM75G

For panes and glass up to 75 kg, you can use the Tiller®-liftmobile LM75G. This type of Tiller®-liftmobile for glass handling has a slightly higher lifting speed. You can rotate the glass aswell.



LM120GD

For windows with widely varying dimensions up to 120 kg, you can use the Tiller®-liftmobile LM120GD. This model has quick adjustment possibilities to set the pump pistons in the center of the glass and also the depth of the glass to the frame or window. This allows you to bridge a windowsill or radiator.



The electric height displacement of the pistons of this Tiller®-liftmobile is maximum 110 cm. The final height of the glass depends on the starting height of the glass on the frame. With this model, the placement height of the glass can be increased significantly by lifting it in two steps.





LM120GD+

For windows with widely varying dimensions up to 120 kg that also require sideways movement when the glass is raised, you can use the Tiller®-liftmobile LM120GD+. This model has an extra wheel set, but also the quick adjustment possibilities like the LM120GD to set the pump pistons in the center of the glass and also the depth of the glass to the frame or window. This allows you to bridge a windowsill or radiator.



The electric height displacement of the pump pistons is maximum 110 cm. The final placing height of the glass depends on the starting height of the glass on the trestle. With this model, the placement height of the glass can be increased significantly by lifting it in two steps.



With this additional wheel set, the two wheels always remain on the ground when the window is raised.
